Carbon copy of draft of program of the rally, ca. late April, 1945. This is an early draft of the planned program, with several penciled in revisions and relations. Not all the participants had been determined yet and this draft gives information not included in the final version, such as plans to broadcast the rally in whole or in part over different radio stations.
